I sent the Portsmouth LMC questionnaire to 75 practices in Sheffield. 40
replies were recieved by lunch time Friday.
In summary, two thirds oppose or strongly oppose PCG's, 88% think GMS
should be ring fenced, 83% think there should be a ballot and three quarters
want an increase in LMC representation. The last question got missed off the
faxes.
