Doesn't this depend on what you're trying to do?
If all you want is to exchange letters, why not just use a photocopier
and snailmail?
I'm in a Locality Commissioning Pilot - and part of the initial setup
was to supply a free-standing computer, connected to the NHS Net , to
each practice - and exchanging email was only one of our objectives.;->
As far as gathering activity and management data goes, we're glad to
leave everything until the official group stated (on GP-UK - haven't
seen it anywhere else.. ;->) has reported: I can't see that this is an
area where any one PCG could go it alone. At the moment I'm more
interested in information I would like to be able to access easily..
