I understand all that, Jon. The 'evolutionary' process has been in
gestation for a decade and we are still nowhere.
The "expectation" is not low. To be frank, it is non-existent!
It is becoming like a slow never ending dance of various centres of
power and vested interests. The poor customer will just have to grit
his teeth whilst waiting for this 'They Shoot Horses, Don't They?'
game to end. Of course, it never will.
This is not impatience, rather a plea:
Perhaps the time is now to try the 'revolutionary' radical approach.
What would it take to assemble a team of 5-6 radical thinkers to
address the solution? Time limited and free thinking unshackled by
'history' and 'baggage' might just ignite something.
