Absolutely and 100% correct :-)
For example, after 4 years of recycling my 2 page business plan, I
got fed up. The last 2 plans contained the line: "I intend to continue
to provide the best health care I can for the population I serve".
That's it. That was the entire plan. HA people raised an eyebrow and
nothing happened. I carried on like I wanted, got some money for
computer upgrade, the pharma adviser sent me a nice cheque for being a
good prescribing boy (which bought this machine I am writing on!) and
life went on in its own sweet way.
I also agree with Andrew re accountability. Like Declan(?) said, my
finely tuned doctor's conscience is the best guarantor there is.
