We said 3 years ago that ISDN is yesterday's technology. Today, it's
last century's technology!
You might also like to look at things like ADSL which is being rolled
out in America.

Ah, but the NHS is the NHS! Besides, how else will BT be able to
build its ISDN network for free?
Those of you with sharp eyes would have spotted that an ISDN connection
cost ukp500 a year or two ago. Today, it costs ukp99. Why? Because
all the mugs in the NHS forked out the development costs, now BT can
extend the service to other businesses at much reduced prices that are
set to fall even further as the NHS continues to subidise the
infrastructure with your money!
