If you can connect to this forum, it should take you about 5mins to bash
out a copy of one of these items on MSWord (or similar). You can then
alter it to suit your flavour of words or even add frequently requested
categories of certification to the list. Print or photocopy as required.
Less time consuming than trying to find a source and then having to see
the rep's presentation before the freebies come out.
But then, how often to you issue Private Notes these days?
