The difficulty there is that anyone else can scan in a signature (off
a valid prescription) and append that. Getting a valid, and
verifiable signature is not a problem using a public key system
though. However, I suspect that as the law stands at present, a
digital signature may not be acceptable. (Graham Ross might help)
