Why would you think less work gets done in a 2h surgery of 10 minute
apps than a 2h surgery of 5 min appts?
Indeed, my experience is that the short appts result in more time being
used per problem, as the pateint returns.
THe variable to measure is time, not pateints. One is either working,
or not working. Piecework was abandoned in most decent trades ages ago.
