This brings us back to the beginning - what powers will the PCGs (Boards
including ,as far as I can see, Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all ;-<<)
*have* to "be ruthless" - without infringing other legal constraints?
The quality of the guidance we've had so far suggests that *any* "rules"
will be a godsend for lawyers! ;->>
*Who* will be responsible for the legal fees if a victimised practice
goes to court? ie does the PCG have a legal identity (or even Crown
Immunity?), or does this depend on the level? (seems an excellent reason
for refusing to go above level 1 to me!;->>)

Divide and rule?

There could well be a conflict of interest here if, as would seem
probable,only one side is heavily represented on the LMC..
I'm constantly being told that I *don't* have an option: PCGs are going
to happen, and that's that. Thank goodness for the possibility of early
retirement!;->>
