Besically, or even basically, it says that PAMS who dispense medicines to
patients without a doctor signing a script, can only do so if they follow a
protocol designed by a multidisciplinary team, which fulfills the criteria
of the report, and which has an expiry date at which time it is reviewed.
I've only had a limited amount of time to look at it, but it would appear to
cover such things as dispensing travel jabs, imms and vaccs etc., so it will
have considerable impact on us.
