Could I ask for some help from those of you who send email from outside
the NHS Net to addresses within it?
I communicate fairly regularly with two individuals at my Health
Authority, and my ISP is Demon; the HA is on the NHS Net.
On a number of occasions, my email has been returned, and we don't know
why - the HA is working on it, and tell me I'm the only person
complaining..;-<<
How common is the problem? and is this an individual problem, a Demon-
to-NHS Net problem, or something more general?
I'd be very grateful if anyone sending email from outside the NHS Net to
addresses inside it would fill in my very short questionnaire, and
return it to me,personally (don't want to clog up GP-UK ;->>) -
*including* people with *no* problems...

PS If there is a general problem, I think we should know...
PPS. Demon has always sent me similar undeliverable messages when I got
addresses wrong..
Questionnaire (all questions refer to email addressed to recipients
within the NHS Net , therefore X400 addresses, from outside the NHS Net)
1.Do you send email to addresses inside the NHS Net regularly? Y N
2.If so , very approximately how many in the past 6 months?
3.Have you ever had these returned as undeliverable? Y N How many?
4.If you have had such email returned,is there any pattern to it? One
individual, one place address, one time period etc?
5.Which ISP were you using?
6.Do you have experience with any other ISP/NHS Net emails? and if so,
any problems?
7.Does your ISP send you undelivered messages on ISP/ISP undelivered
mail?
8.How frequently do you get email to non-NHS Net addresses returned?
9.Any other comments/information/advice?
If anyone wants it, I'd be happy to keep individuals or the list
informed on any results..
