Many partnerships, large and small, have broken down with bitter and
irreconciable disputes and differences. This is particularily so in
inner cities, but it does also happen in Fair Cities like Exeter ;-)
I wonder how those adversaries of old will suddenly become chums again
and work together for the common good?
