If you removed works with the uninstall option then you may be OK, if
you just deleted the directory maybe not.
If uninstalled, then reinstall works and then look for the data files in
the usual place where ever you store them. If you deleted the whole
directory have you looked in the recycle bin?
Probably too obvious but it sometimes works. HTH
