THis is a different set of conditions.
BMA advice for GPs using the facilities of their business is more like
£110 per hour, which compares to the facilitator....
Also th efacilitator is presumably freelance which means his duty cycle
is likely to only run to 50%-75% whereas say what you like about NHS
medicine it doesn't go away<g>
This affects locum GPs, but not assistants per se, and is a reason for
setting fees higher than they are at present - brace yourselves, chaps.
