Ah yes, but I refer you to an excellent article by Jonathan Reggler in
Pulse. (Let your apathy kil off pcg's)
The profession will never unite to *reject* the white paper. Apathy
alone will not help as the top jobs will go to the power brokers from
whatever profession who want to make it work. BUT, a combination of
opposition, apathy and outright sabotage will force change to the
regulations fastest, once it is obvious that the proposals *are not*
working.
