This may be the silver lining to the perceived cloud that is about to rain on
the profession. PCGs might unite groups of 50 GPs (unless there's a ballot and
revolt), and thence might come some more powerful feedback to HMG etc about
NHS resources. Could the PCGs be more effective than the LMCs ??
