I've asked my wife (gynaecologist) and she says...
risk of ovarian cancer 20x if relative with ca
no point screening because by the time a mass
is visible it will have metastisised
advise her to complete her family then have a
bilateral oopherectomy followed by hrt
(there's probably a little more to is but that
was the gist)
