Yes. I'd agree with that - but - usually (as with a temperature!;->) I
tend to measure things that are *abnormal*.
If the child is breathing fast, or, on listening to the chest, the heart
rate is rapid (and the child isn't screaming its head off!) , I'll
probably count it.. but not if obviously normal.
