Where do you stop John? TPR, BP, before long you're sending in a complete
clerking and spending 20 mins with the patient just writing the letter.
I think the point here is that we all assess the patient and from a morass
of symptoms and signs including the 'gut feeling' we arrive at the admit or
manage at home time, no? If one decides to admit then phone the HO and tell
them your thoughts but not write them as well? ;-) KISS and cut the crap!
