I share your sentiments
Dispite strenuous efforts still have not managed to get good itemised
accounts justifying premiums.
A GP update course in Bristol sometime back, accountants said demand what
you want, if you don't get it change.
I believe it is entirely reasonable - as the customer paying the bill!
