No Jeff, modern GP systems support those little drawings we even provide a set of templates to make them easier.

Adrian,
I'm not entirely sure about abandoning written notes. There are all those
pretty pictures/diagrams that some doctors use to describe things in the
notes. That would be lost by changing to computerised notes only.
