I am not making any moral stance here, nor am I advocating one thing or
another (each judged on its own merit sort of thing). However.....
Do you have a dividing line between 'ressucitate' and 'TLC'? or do you
resus all irrespective?

- Mother always came first
- First twin (if alive) in locked twins always came first
- Gross abnormality like severe hydro or anencephaly were not resussed
The point I am making is that the physician may have been crass about
it, however, decisions of life and death have been and are exercised,
I guess, by the majority of subscribers to this list.
Now, when did I last hear anybody mention volunatry ..... ?
