for confidentiality?
I find it hard to imagine a system where A&E departments (not just known
individuals) can freely access individual patient records - *and* the
individual patient can be guaranteed confidentiality: do you have some
information I don't? or would you consider that the need for access is
so great that it outweighs the risk of breaches of confidentiality?
How about something really simple? er - compulsory tatooing with vital
medical details?;->>
