It seems IE4.0/Outlook Express (at least) requires you to ask for formatting
in HTML, (under Compose Message, Format) otherwise presumably the Default is
in Plain Text. I only call up HTML when desired (hardly ever in fact..)
Maybe some of these subscribers have their HTML set as Default perhaps ??
