Yes hassle the hospital - but is it really about reponsibility shifting?
Ahmad is of course right about who will be blamed in the brave new
world?
If the PCG could print money then Adrians view would be fantastic - lets
not be fooled - the organisational structure doesnt sound too bad - but
with no more money it will be purely a case of - Ok you guys can get the
most out of what is available (agree with this) - then we can scapegoat
you for what you can't provide.
'Oh, come on' said Gordon - 'surely if we pull together and get
organised and talk with the coal man then we can sort something out (not
sure who'll pull the wagons whilst we do this though)'.
'Yes', says Thomas, that's all very well but they can't supply the coal
any cheaper ;)
