Lots and lots to be concerned about but ....
You are already compelled to have your contract with the health authority
(to all intents and purposes), you are compelled to accept their decisions
regarding funding for your practice whether or not you are a fundholder, you
have no choice regarding cash limited GMS allocation, your community nurse
provision will largely be determined for you. Also, how much influence do
you have currently over the role of community nursing and social services.
At the moment you are compelled to work within frameworks over which you
have precious little influence.
I don't think you are such a free little sprite at the moment :)
