I have seen and played with it on our live data. It isn't finished yet, but
it is quite impressive. It retains the logic of a chronological medical log
without letting that get in the way of good use of the bells and whistles of
32 bit Windows. The best bit though, for those using Premiere on Unix is
that it can start as a fully Unix and dumb terminal implementation, and then
32 bit Windows clients can be mixed in with the dumb terminals one at a time
as funds allow. For those that want to be more modern it can be implemented
on NT, but then of course all the terminals have to be 32 bit from the
outset - to be able to log into NT!
