So OK Ahmad, here is a simple question:-
Have you stopped beating your wife?

The point of course, is that the organisation of the NHS ("It would be
a good idea" to paraphrase M Gandhi) is not a simple matter, nor is
support for changes in it binary.
So, yes by all means let us have an exercise to collect the opinions of
GPs individually and en masse on the proposed changes from a two tier
system wherein historical inequities are iniquitously propagated
because they are historical or because changing anything would be hard
work.
The only problem with a call for such a survey is that it would come
far after the Gov announced they were taking comments on the White
Ppaers and Green Papers.
Certain members of my LMC complained that they had not received paper
copies of such papers, but we would have no truck with such excuses
here, would we<g>
