from what i recall, there was no mention of trauma let alone the
supposed RTA that the solicitors letter talks about,,,
and from the notes, the fracture was also missed by various hospital
consultants under whom the patient was for her many many problems, but I
suppose my partner and I are easier targets?
am I allowed to mention any of this?
What is a little frustrating is that we have a good in-house complaints
system, just as we were told to set up - but they did not use it - went
straight to a solicitor - one of the "no-win, no-fee" no doubt?(nothing
against solicitors intended). So at no point have I or the other partner
involved had a chance to talk it through amicably with the patient...
and said patient still on our list....
