Whilst I am a firm supporter of those who want a national ballot for or
against PCGs, I personally regard this as a rather more important matter. I
am happy to use the entire PCG business as a casus belli to address the
fundamental issue of our 'contract'. There appears to be a fair amount of
support for PCGs, but I've never met any GP who believes our contract - or
rather, the way that HMG handles it - is acceptable. And yet we do nothing
about it...
