I use Clinergy from Semantic Technology. It's a great data entry tool and
ensures consistent coding without ever having to see a Read code. Problems
are 1) you need a P120 or better on your desk to run it and 2) It only runs
with a limited number of clinical systems. It works with Meditel system 5
