Doubt it. The only cover would possibly be if, at the outset, there was
a recording to the effect "This service is provided to you by the
National Health Service as an entertainment only. We are totally
incapable of giving reliable medical advice over the telephone and will
only answer your question on the basis you agree not to rely on the
answer whatsoever and to go immediately to your nearest doctor and
bother him instead. If you wish to proceed press 1. If you have a pulse
only phone hold on for further denials of responsibility. If you do not
have a pulse, bye bye."
