If the hand is made into a fist with the thumb "tucked in" and bent towards the
little finger, the pain gets worse (Finkelstein test). Dx diferential of De
Quervain's stenosing tenosynovitis
I don´t know who was Quervain and Finkelstein neither, but I am not a orthopod
