Ah... but Frodo crept up to Leeds, and threw the One Ring into the Crack
of Doom.
... and bright Earendil of Westminster journey'd to Numenor with the
remaining three Rings of Power. and one he gave to the hospital
conultants, for their need was dire. The second he gave to the district
nurses, and their joy was great,.. and the third.. The ring of Adamant,
he gave to the GP's, and said. "for you are the gatekeepers, and our
most faithful of friends". But the GP's were sad, for they remembered
the days of Golden Lothlorien, when all the world was fair.....
