In the late 1950's when I was knee high to a wotsit my doctor retired and
his practice was taken over by the Drs Death and Fear (this is true, believe
me). Although we all pronounced it 'De Ath' he never put an apostrophe or
space in it. A sign of the less 'politically correct' times?
