There is a (? Dictaphone) device that allows you to dictate directly to
PC in a sound file format. What do you mean by "another year"?

PS: 2 fingers typing is still faster than any voice recognition software
when you count all the fiddling and correcting. I don't have a sec, I
do all my referral letters within the consultation because my letters
are very short and it's a job finished and done with!
