You're right Jel. That is what you are insured for. Children injured in cars
frequently claim against their driver parent.That doesn't mean they are
ungrateful little so and so's. The insurer recives premiums on the basis
they will compensate anyone innocently injured by your driving. Why should
they not pay out just because the person injured is your wife?
