You may find the Polaroid system is better for the quality of the pictures and
consistent magnification. I would reccomend the more expensive version (about
£700) which offers a choice of magnification form x0.4 to x3 and produces good
quality photos withor without a grid. The only oproblem is it doesn't show
depth very well as the flash (even with one side switched off) doesn't cast a
shadow because you are so close to the lesion. Pics cost about £1 each and
you may be able to persuade your HA to subsidise this on the basis thatyou may
save an odd dermatology appointment.
