Hi Fleur,
Hope that you are well. What methodology would you suggest? It is a shame that
the security issue was not sorted out long ago, as this is going to 'stall' e-
communication between primary and secondary care and others. We are presently
'poised' to link with your old 'stamping ground' ECNHS Trust - i.e.
Macclesfield, but the issue that will stop us I am sure is confidentiality.
GPs sshould not be having to worry about this problem at this point of time -
it should have been sorted before now, and we should merely be endorsing that
it is secure. I can see many of us being on NHSNet (provided that someone is
picking up the 'tab', but afraid to exchange any information.
