We are considering buying " Modem Share" which is 200 pounds ish? to
enable partners to access the net via our practice managers PC and
internet
link.
Does anyone have experience of this software? (we are networked) and
will use EMIS LV1 in Win95.
If we got Windows NT would that make any difference?
Thanks for any info.

PLEASE do not do this unless you have an NHSnet link, linking your practice
system to the internet is a surefire way to decrease productivity and get
viruses. NHSnet does not appeal to me nor do I think it has many advantages,
but unless you realy know what you are doing and are sure that all your staff
and colleagues do, then you will be asking for trouble if you do this.
More info/contacts etc if required
