The leaders are there to develop proactively a policy to assist the flock
in the daily strugle for life of GP's.
My question is: Are there leaders in the organisations of GP's in Britain?
Or are the leaders passive , reactive?
If the latter is the case you need pro-active ones, which keep touch with
the flock, as well.
