Some of us are getting pretty 'excitied' about what level our PCG's
will be post 1/4/99.

A friend attended an NHSE meeting last week. The NHSE will determine
what level a PCG starts at, and when it can move up the ladder.
So you can bet your boots on the HAs telling the NHSE that no PCGs
can start above the base level 1;-)
