Locally we have one vote per practice, irrespective of size, or how many
partners. Single handed practices have the same voting power as 7 and 8
partner practices. The decisions made are not fundamentally practice
decisions, but locality decisions, made at by representatives at our
locality meetings. Our system is one rep per practice, one vote per
rep.
