Dear Trims: "guess" and "likeihood" and "at least a proportion" are not
good enough.
This vague and not nailed down. GPs have the right to know what the
financial implications are right now.
Besides, by the time you paid 'The Management Board', got all the
necessary IT in place for the Board and a million other calls out of
that money, do you really think there will be any left?
