Try the Guild Community NHS Trust, who have a special interest in
Huntington's. They run the Frank Gardham House, AFAIK the only specialist
home dedicated solely to the care of people with Huntington's Disease in
the NHS in Britain. Their web site is at
http://www.nhsconfed.net/guild/index.htm and I know that the people there
are very keen to help act as a centre of knowledge and sharing of
experience. You might want to call and see if they can offer any advice.
There are some contact details on
http://www.nhsconfed.net/guild/page14.htm.
