We are currently trying to finalise the constitution for the NW Bristol
locality Commissioning Group to start our pilot from April 1st. This is
likely to be developed further when things clarify on the Primary Care
Group structure, and it is clearer how we can involve the public.
So far, we are suggesting that the Locality Management Team is likely to
consist of a partner from each practice, together with the locality
manager and information manager. The Team may also invite Practice
Manager rep, Community nursing rep, Health Authority Link and local
Trust rep, plus reps from other bodies including CHC or similar.
It is also suggested that we hold an annual "Health Stakeholder
Conference" with attendees of the CHC, local authority, health
authority, practices, nursing reps, Trust reps, voluntary service reps
and patient reps.
Lot of excitement here.
