I have replied direct to Jeff, but he is quite right to criticise the
reporting of active repeats in a defined period of time on System 5.
There are ways, using the COST format, but not obvious.
One of my roles as a Medical Advisor to AAH Meditel has been to help
plan changes to System 5 to meet RFA4, and that includes improvements to
this aspect of reporting.
