I don't know about EBM but as a sufferer for years I can tell you about
Evidence Bloody Mouth: mine. ;-)
Adcortyl in orabase works if you have ulcers between the lips and teeth: put
it on in a small bleb last thing at night, shut your mouth and go to bed.
Don't bother using during the day as the temptation to lick it away is too
great. Some people find corlan pellets helpful if you can press them for
some time on the ulcer, but I've not found them helpful myself.
