Over here, some of us are envious of the audit setup you have in the UK.
Our payors don't spend one cent on quality measurement or anything even
approaching it. Surely some good must come out it in terms of course
planning and maybe once in a while driving some change in practice
patterns ?
Maybe we should audit our primary care led Aricept prescribing ;) .
