Well now.
Do we need premises?
Given that we would like to use staff (and if one is charging per
consultation and issuing private prescriptions which say "repeat 6
times at monthly intervals" rather than saying "take this and see me
in 6 months, here is an FP10 for _one_month's worth" one might not
need quite so many staff to handle repeats...)
Perhaps we should take our laptops and drive to where the pateint
would like to be seen, handling correspondence on our mobile fax and
e-mail links as we go..
This seems to be the model for private services.
